Meditation techniques can help to bring calmness and alleviate problems associated with stress. One important technique is the Concentration Method. As you focus on one particular object, everything else in the room will disappear. With many people, stress and problems will also disappear for a while. Repeat this exercise, whenever you want a break from problems and stressful situations. Meditation practices aren’t really easy though.
